For parents & guardians

You know your child better than any curriculum does. CalmPath Teen is designed to sit beside your parenting, not in front of it.

What's inside

Thirteen short sessions across four parts. Each one is a story, a plain explanation of what's happening in body and mind, one practical thing to try, and a private journal prompt.

What it isn't

Not therapy, not diagnosis, not a substitute for professional care. If your child is struggling seriously, please involve a clinician or counsellor — this resource can sit alongside that work, not replace it.

How to open the conversation

  • Offer it, don't assign it. “I found this — have a look if you want.”
  • Don't ask to read their journal. Privacy is what makes honesty possible.
  • Do a session yourself first, so you can speak about it from the inside.
  • Ask about the step, not the feelings: “Did anything in there seem worth trying?”

Privacy

Journal entries and check-in answers stay in your teen's browser. We never receive them, and they are never sent to analytics. Read the full privacy notice.

Companion features

The Peace Journal

A daily companion — digital app or physical notebook — with prompts for reflection, gratitude, and emotional tracking. Structured for consistent, private, low-pressure engagement.

Global Peer Circles

Once a month, small circles of 8–12 teens from cities like Lagos, Houston, and London meet online with a trained, culturally sensitive facilitator to reflect on that month’s session. Small groups, ~60–90 minutes, strict confidentiality.

Narrative Superpowers Badge System

Earn digital badges or physical stickers as you complete sessions and master activities.

Micro-Rituals for School

Discreet, fast calming techniques for the classroom — finger-breathing, silent grounding, brief visualization.

The CalmPath Playlist

Curated Lo-Fi and Afro-acoustic tracks organized by mood — Focus & Flow, Relax & Unwind, Energize & Uplift.
