Orders & payment

Prices are shown in ₦ (and USD where applicable). Orders are confirmed once payment is received via Paystack or Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be fulfilled.

Shipping

Books, custom designs and hydration bottles are delivered in Lagos; international delivery may be available on request. Lagos delivery typically arrives within 2–5 days; international orders within 7–21 days. Laundry pickup and delivery is Ago & Festac only.

Returns

Physical books and bottles can be returned unused within 30 days of delivery, subject to product condition; the customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Custom designs are non-returnable once produced. Digital downloads are delivered instantly and are non-returnable — refund eligibility is governed by our Download Policy and applicable law. Laundry damage claims must be raised within 24 hours of return.

Intellectual property

All book content, designs, photography and brand marks remain the property of O2 Xtudio Creations and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

We do our best to deliver calm and quality, but our liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing here removes statutory rights you have under Nigerian or international consumer law.
