Is CalmPath a religious book?
CalmPath is faith-rooted and written to be accessible to everyone. Its reflections are informed by faith, lived experience and practical self-reflection, while many of its practical exercises can be used by readers from different backgrounds.
Is this a replacement for therapy?
No. CalmPath is a supportive companion, not a substitute for professional mental-health care.
Can I buy just the book or just the bottle?

Does the bottle need an app?
No. The O2 Daily Discipline Smart Bottle works entirely on its own — there is no app, Bluetooth or smartwatch pairing.
How do I clean it?
Hand-wash the lid with warm soapy water; the stainless-steel body is dishwasher safe on the top rack.
Shipping, refunds & orders
Do you deliver internationally?
International delivery may be available — confirm your destination and shipping cost before completing your order. Laundry is Lagos-only (Ago & Festac).
What is your refund policy?
Physical items (printed books and bottles): return within 30 days of delivery, subject to product condition. The customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Digital downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be returned — refund eligibility is governed by our Download Policy and applicable law; if a file will not open or download, contact us and we will fix the delivery or refund it.
When does my eBook arrive?
Instantly. Your download link is on the confirmation page and in your receipt email, and it never expires — you can also re-download any time at /orders/lookup.
How do I track or find my order?
Use Find my order with your purchase email, or sign in to your account for receipts and downloads.
Laundry & custom designs
Where is the laundry service available?
Ago and Festac, Lagos only, for now. Same-day pickup before 11am, returned within 24–48 hours, neatly folded.
Can I customise tees, hoodies and mugs?
Yes. Send your artwork or idea on WhatsApp and we'll quote print options, sizes and delivery.
