Your digital purchase is yours for good. Every eBook, bundle and printable you buy from O2 XTUDIO comes with unlimited re-downloads, tied to your email address and order confirmation.
What "unlimited" means
- No download counter, no expiry on your entitlement.
- Download links themselves rotate every 7 days for security — that's the link, not your access.
- You can generate fresh links as many times as you like, from any device.
- Files are for personal use; please don't redistribute or resell them.
How to get fresh links
- Go to the order lookup page.
- Enter the email you checked out with plus the order number from your receipt (the first 12 characters).
- Your Download Center appears instantly with new links, and we re-send your receipt email at the same time.
Signed in with an account? Your account page lists every order and its downloads without needing an order number.
Troubleshooting
- Link expired? That's normal after 7 days — just look up your order again for a new one.
- Receipt not in your inbox? Check spam, then use the order lookup page to trigger a resend.
- Wrong email at checkout? Contact us and we'll move the order to the right address.
