How to request a refund

1. Message us within 30 days. Email obioma@o2xtudio.com or chat on WhatsApp, with your order email and what you bought.
2. We confirm and send return details. For physical items, ship the item back in resalable condition. Customer covers return shipping costs.
3. Refund is issued. Once received (or immediately for digital items), your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Laundry damage claims must be raised within 24 hours of return.
