Clear, simple terms: delivery of books and bottles, Lagos-only laundry, instant digital access, and returns on physical items.
Delivery
CalmPath books (paperback and hardcover), O2 bottles and custom designs are delivered in Lagos, typically within 2–5 days. International delivery may be available — confirm your destination and shipping cost before completing your order; international orders typically arrive in 7–21 days.
Instant digital delivery
eBooks and printable workbooks are delivered immediately after payment — on the confirmation page and in your receipt email. Your download link never expires.
Laundry: Lagos only
O₂ Xtudio Laundry serves Ago and Festac, Lagos only. Same-day pickup before 11am; returned neatly folded within 24–48 hours.
Returns on physical items
Printed books and bottles are covered for 30 days from delivery, subject to product condition. Email us within 30 days to start a return. The customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Digital downloads are handled separately — see the Download Policy.
How to request a refund
- 1. Message us within 30 days. Email obioma@o2xtudio.com or chat on WhatsApp, with your order email and what you bought.
- 2. We confirm and send return details. For physical items, ship the item back in resalable condition. Customer covers return shipping costs.
- 3. Refund is issued. Once the returned item is received, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Notes
- Digital downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. Refund eligibility for digital files is governed by our Download Policy and applicable law — contact us if a file will not open or download and we will fix the delivery or refund it.
- Custom-printed designs are made to order and non-returnable unless faulty.
- Laundry damage claims must be raised within 24 hours of return.
- Import duties and taxes on international orders are the customer's responsibility.
