CalmPath Teen privacy notice

Who this is for

Accounts, purchases and email sign-ups are for adults aged 18 or over — parents, guardians, educators and youth leaders. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Teens read the sessions through an adult's access; no teen account is created.

What we never collect

• Journal entries — these are saved only in the reader's own browser.
• Inner Forecast check-in answers — never transmitted anywhere.
• Mood, wellbeing or faith data of any kind in analytics.
• Teen names, ages, schools or contact details.

What we do collect

• The purchasing adult's name, email and role, to deliver access and support.
• Payment reference and amount from our payment provider — never card details.
• Anonymous, aggregate page analytics (page views, button clicks) with no personal content.

Access links

Your access link contains a random secret. We store only a one-way hash of it, so anyone with the link can read — please treat it like a password and share it only with your own teen or group. You can request a fresh link at any time, which invalidates the old one.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time from any email we send, and you can ask us to delete your data by contacting us through the contact page.
